About Taiwan Workshop

1. The Undiluted Yoga and full in traditional Yoga practices

The workshop will be conducted by Sudhir Tiwari and the content is included:

  • The essence of tradition Yoga and relatedness

  • The guidance of Pranayama, Asana & Meditation

  • The pulse check and the consultation with Sudhir Tiwari

2. Who is it suitable for?

  • Yogis who aspires to advance the subtle and spiritual practice through traditional yoga, yogi breathing and meditation techniques.

  • The persons who with psychosomatic disorders such as anxiety, depression (non-clinical), chronic body ache, head ache and insomnia.

  • The persons who aspires to excel in their professional life and family life, as yoga meditation techniques help enhance emotional intelligence.

  • The lonely persons will be helped in finding meaningfulness in life & living while being alone.

3. The workshop will be held in Howard Resort Xitou where is  located at Nantou country of the central Taiwan, and can be reached by public transportation or private car. 

Escape from the stresses of the concrete jungle and embrace the most beautiful and verdant forests of Xitou. Immerse in nature, take in the refreshing air and enjoy delicious local cuisines.

​About Sudhir Tiwari

Sudhir’s initiation into yoga happened under the guidance of Swami Digambar ji, a disciple of Swami Kuvalayananda and his father Shri Om Prakash Tiwari.

His goal is to present yoga not just as asanas but as an experiential practice encompassing but not limited to Yamas, Niyamas, Asana, Pranayama and meditational techniques, mantra yoga and techniques of ishwar pranidhana of Patanjali.

Sudhir now travels all around the world conducting workshops in theory and practice of Yoga, asana, traditional pranayama, meditation, chanting and Ayurveda and with his familiarity of alternative western medicine he also correlates these disciplines. His Mantra, Breathe Positive, Breathe Yoga.
